Vis-i-Rack Type I-W (Wall Rack)

All damages in shipping must be reported to Merchant within 7 days of receipt of product. No credit for damaged goods shall be granted after 7 days from receipt of products. Even if packaging is damaged, please advise those who may receive the product to not refuse delivery as the product itself will most likely be in excellent shape.

If you receive damaged product, please photograph the damage and e mail the photos along with a description to our contact e mail address, and we will process the claim with our shipper.

Returns will be accepted for all products for a period of thirty days from date of purchase. Purchaser must carefully wrap products and pay return shipping cost. In addition there will be a 15% restocking/handling fee applied against credit. Credits will be awarded within 10 days from receiving returned goods provide they are not damaged. No credits shall be provided for custom orders without merchant’s pre-approval.

If purchaser determines (within 30 days from initial purchase date) that a different plan rack type (model) would be more fitting for his application, Merchant will exchange product for product type provided that product is not damaged. Purchaser must pay return and new shipping and handling costs, as well as a 10% handling fee.
